Leading Lady Mea was commissioned to grace the garden of one of the loveliest estates in the Netherlands. She was inspired by the actual Leading Lady Mea, a gorgeous arabian foal whose spirit stood out so much that I could not resist using her as my muse. Gazing out over fields speckled with cattle and deer she basks in sunshine and alchemilla.
